One of the simplest ab workout i do is the “ab vacuum” this tones and strengthens your abs by and also tones your abs by using isometrics, you can do this exercise when you’re in idle mode
like when you’re wait in line at the supermarket or anywhere else where you have a view minutes to kill.

So how can you do this simple ab workout?
Basically you need to suck in your belly (like you do when you see a hot person on the beach or around the swimming pool) and hold it for about 20 seconds and then you release it, it doesn’t get any easier then this.
Of course this is simple ab workout alone not going give you a flat stomach but it ads up with all the other stuff you can do, i love to do them all the time when i have a spare moment.
